**COVID 19 UPDATE**
- All work stations, tools and surrounding areas will be sanitised in between each client to make you feel more assured/comfortable.
- If you are ill please kindly reschedule your appointment, I will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment to a later date.
- If any flu like symptoms are presented at the appointment you will immediately be asked to leave and to reschedule your appointment.
- Upon arrival you will be provided with hand sanitiser
- Client temperatures will be taken before all appointments using a non - contact thermometer, temperatures over 37.2+ will be advised to re book.

Appointments between 20th - 31st are an additional £20.00
BOOKING POLICY
**PLEASE READ COVID - 19 REQUIREMENTS IN EMAIL**
CHARGE BACK CLAIM - If you file a charge back claim via Paypal and/or your bank with out having communicated with me, you will be permanently blacklisted from booking.
A £20.00 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your booking, this is deducted from your total amount. However if the appointment is effected due my discretion you will be kindly offered a refund.
SLOTS are released 20th of every month for each following month. If slots are not available it means it is either fully booked or they have not been released yet.
I do not infill other lash technician's work. If you arrive to your appointment with foreign eyelash extensions, you will be offered a removal and a new set of lashes. If you can not abide by this you will be asked to leave.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
- Please come mascara FREE
- Bring the remainder amount in CASH ONLY
- DO NOT bring any plus ones
- Please come to your appointment ON TIME, if you arrive 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a late fee (see below)
- Changes to your appointment, 24hrs notice is required. You are only permitted to reschedule your appointment within the same month of your original slot.
- **I WILL DO NOT ACCEPT HEAVILY PREGNANT CLIENTS**
PREMIUM SLOTS
If there is no availability stated on the booking site please email: lashmelaurs@gmail.com to request a premium slot.
Out of hour appointment: Appointments before 10am and after 6pm (Mon - Fri) are an additional £10.00 fee. (PLEASE do not book 08.00am/9.00am slot to not turn up)
Premium slot - These appointments are slots which are not available on the booking site. They can be booked via DM/Email and are an additional £15.00 fee.
LATE FEE/CANCELLATIONS
- Please come on time to your appointment. Do not come earlier or later than your appointment time.
- A 10 minutes grace period is permitted, anything after 10 mins lateness will result in a compulsory £10.00 late fee.
- Arrival 20 minutes after your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to pay a £10.00 cancellation fee, you will also have to book again with a new deposit. If you refuse to abide by this it will result in you being refused treatment and being blacklisted.
- At least 24hrs notice must be given to cancel an appointment.
- If you cancel on the day of your appointment and fail to show up to your appointment there will be a £10.00 cancellation fee. If you do not abide by this, you will be blacklisted and the card on file will be charged.
